WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?

Online coaching is all the support you get on everything outside of of your training sessions.

It includes support on nutrition, lifestyle, habits & mindset.

THE PROCESS

  • Initial chat so I can get to know about you, your life & your goals & we can see if we are the right fit to work together

  • Weekly check in to reflect on your progress & so I can provide you feedback, advice & modifications if needed

Are you struggling to lose weight & keep it off?  Are you sick of yoyo dieting & beating yourself up about how you look & feel in your body?

I specialise in helping people to lose fat, improve their relationship with their body & make positive changes to their mindset.

No quick fixes, over restrictive fad diets or cookie cutter meal plans.

Together, we work on finding an approach that actually fits with your lifestyle, that is sustainable to you.

 

So you can finally get the results you've always wanted and learn how to keep them long term.

1-2-1 Coaching Terms and Conditions

  • 3 month minimum commitment for all 1-2-1 coaching options

  • Payments will be set up monthly via direct debit, which come out on the 1st or closest working day of every month

  • We kindly ask for 1 month cancellation notice which must be in writing to COACHEDBYLA

 

1-2-1 coaching with Small Group PT:

  • Sessions booked through COACHEDBYLA app and credits will not be carried over into the following month

In person 1-2-1 PT sessions:

  • All in person PT sessions to be arranged directly with the coach.

  • Unless agreed and specified with the coach, all sessions will be the same day and time each week

  • Coaches require at least 24 hours notice if the client wishes to cancel or rearrange a session. Any cancellations made after the 24hr time cap will be fully charged and will not be carried over.

1-2-1 Coaching +
Small Group PT Sessions

The best of both worlds. Get 1-2-1 support with Lucie outside your sessions while training in small groups of up to 4. This is not only more cost effective, you can be part of an amazing support network of clients who are in it together, plus get the benefits of a flexible timetable.

1-2-1 Coaching +
1-2-1 PT Sessions

Prefer to train 1-2-1? Not quite ready to join the groups? No problem. This option provides a fully personalised training programme and 1-2-1 support outside of your sessions. 1-2-1 client spaces are limited, sessions will be the same time each week.

Online coaching is perfect for those who have a fat loss goal.

For successful fat loss, the majority of your progress is going to be from making changes to your diet, lifestyle, habits & mindset. The biggest work is done outside of your training.

The power of online coaching is with regular accountability calls with your coach. Communication is key.

 

It includes:

  • Weekly Accountability Calls

  •  Technique video feedback

  • Weekly check ins & WhatsApp communication

  • Bespoke training programme for you to follow at your gym

 

Monthly Payments, pro rata, 3 month initial commitment​​​​

ONLINE COACHING

+ SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Fully bespoke to you, bolt on online coaching alongside your monthly Unlimited or Flexi Small Group Training Membership

Perfect for clients who are serious about getting incredible results & enjoy training as part of a group

Not only is this more cost effective, you can be part of an amazing support network of clients who are in it together, plus get the benefits of a flexible timetable

Sessions booked via our small group personal training timetable 

We recommend a minimum of 3 months 

Monthly Payments pro rata.

 

This is an additional Bolt on cost to the clients existing Small Group Personal Training membership

Training bundles of 8, 12 or 16 sessions per month available

This option provides a fully personalised training programme and 121 support outside of your sessions on you

Perfect for clients who are serious about getting incredible results, enjoy training on their own with a fully bespoke training programme

3 month initial commitment. All sessions must be used within the month.

Sessions held at Empowered Studio

Spaces are limited. Sessions times will generally be the same each week & to be arranged with the coach
