We specialise in coaching people how to build strength, confidence and over come their fear of weight lifting

We keep our groups small with a max of 4 clients to 1 coach in every session. Sessions last 1 hour.

We have flexible booking so you can pick and choose your sessions to fit round your schedule - you don’t have to commit to the same day and times

We follow a structured strength training programme, designed to shape and tone your body

Our experienced coaches can fully adapt the session to your needs and will break down all the movement and technique
